Tuesday Media Lesson

Straight upstairs to work on the music video. I felt that today I needed to make fast but controlled progress in order so I could finish the video and help my group with the digipak and design of the artists website. I began to work on the other half of the final cut, before this however I decided to show what I had so far to someone so I could take their feedback. They suggested that I didnt take so long to introduce the DJ character and I should show him after the first drop. I tryed this and I believed it made the video flow far more easier and there was less of the hanging man at the beginning. I continued adding the clips of the doctor and the patient on, I decided on trying to play around with the opacity and overlayed clips so when he laughed it looked very phsycotic the audience gave good feedback on this. I then decided on the ending, this was a problem for me as I was getting mixed feedback on wether I should have the doctor and patient kissing or if I should just end on the hanging man. I eventually decided on ending on the hanging man, I showed my finished clip to Luke and Matt the media guys and they said that it was done. However during the playback I noticed a few clips that I felt looked out of place so I have agreed to come back tommorow and work on the video and get it finished and exported from the software.
