 This would be great in a scene featuring other characters that have been sectioned the strobe lights would stun the audience as one minute they would be there then they would disapear

Galaxia led softlight (Heavily frosted) Its diffused to create soft light so you cant see the edges

Overall after looking at all the different types of lighting and the different opportunities each could be used for I have come to a conclusion.

At the beginning the Padded cell will be lighted with Thomas 4 lights. We want no shadows and the cell to be well lit.

The interigation room needs a Source Four Junior as the varying spot sizes can shape around the table creating an isolated effect

The Atomic Strobe can be used for the jump cut scenes during the interigation to build the psycotic effect.
