Shooting Schedule

Shooting Schedule

All shots are going to be taken inside and outside the studio so this will save huge amounts of time as we dont need to travel anywhere and the cameras are located next door to the studio so it will be a lot easier transporting equipment.

1. 9.00 AM: We will begin the day by meeting in the edit suites with the media teachers and begin discussing the plan and whats going to happen also how we are going to use our time wisely as we arent travelling anywhere this gives us more time to plan whats going to happen which is an added benefit

 2. 10.00-10.15AM: We will then begin with setting up the roofing felt on the floor and creating a fake roof  of building. If we cannot get a hold of this material we will have to shoot from the legs up and not show any flooring otherwise the studio floor will give it away.

2. 10.15-11.00We will then begin setting up lighting and making sure to light up the green screen seperatley to prevent spill as the less shadows the more effective the green becomes and the easier to create a good key. If we are restricted for space we will have to light from the sides and keep the shadows out of frame.
3. 11.00 AM - 3.30 PM We will now begin getting the perfect angles that wont interfere with the stock footage otherwise it will ruin the illusion that is being created. Because we are inside we are in a controlled enviroment so we arent restricted by weather condition the only restriction is time. We have plenty of time ofcourse as we have the studio until 6.00 so we are guaranteed to playback the footage and judge which angles will look the best because if we were limited with time we wouldnt be able to do this. We have scenes 2, 6, 8, 14, 21, 26, 28, 37, 38, its harder not doing the shoots in numberic order but all in all it saves time as we wont have to move equipment around all the time.

4. 3.30PM-5.30PM We will now begin to head outside as in early january it will be dark by this time. We have checked ahead for the weather and it seems clear but if it does rain it will make matching up the angles in post production harder as obviously there wasnt rain inside. we will be shooting scenes 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26

5. 5.30 PM - 6.00 PM This time we will start to pack away everything and store the footage we have taken somewhere safe and back it up to be ready for editing.
